Benefit detail: Health insurance cover up to ₹1,00,000 per year (reimbursement basis) with sub-limits: hospitalisation/corrective surgeries (₹55,000), OPD incl. medicines/pathology/diagnostics and preventive dentistry (₹19,000), ongoing therapies (₹20,000), alternative/AYUSH medicine (₹4,000) and transportation (₹2,000). No exclusion for pre-existing conditions; no pre-insurance medical test.
