- Hands-on apprenticeship training in an industry/establishment for 6 months to 1 year, a monthly stipend (aligned to minimum rates under the Apprentices Act; 50% of the stipend is reimbursed to the employer by the Government of India via DBT), and a Government of India Certificate of Proficiency registrable at employment exchanges as valid work experience. Widely promoted in Bihar as a ~Rs 9,000/month opportunity for recent graduates.
